County health officials in Los Angeles have quietly launched a campaign to offer various guidelines for safe usage of MDMA, a.k.a.: “ecstasy”.Officials plan to distribute flyers (pictured below) at certain upcoming events, which will mostly be at venues with ‘D.J.s’.
