I saw this photo of Ali Lohan on PerezHilton (above) and started thinking. …She looks REALLY different in a good way! Did she do something recently? Probably.
It’s no secret she’s had plastic surgery before and I have pictures below to prove it. I do think she’s had something more done recently that no one is talking about yet. Her face is very refined now. I didn’t even recognize her in the photo. Maybe she’s just getting older. She just might end up just as pretty as Lindsay Lohan and get this….with some meat on her bones too! How bout them apples!
