Mother FIRST EVER Charged: Doing Drugs While Pregnant

Mallory Loyola, from Tennessee, is the first ever mom to be charged under a new law that makes it a illegal to take drugs while pregnant.

Authorities are categorizing the crime as “assault.” The 26-year-old admitted to smoking meth days before giving birth.
