After mounting a costly legal battle against her former producer, Dr. Luke, the TiK ToK singer has run out of cash.

Aside from the fact that Kesha “has been on ice for 3 years,” they say Dr. Luke has withheld royalties from her. As a result, she has virtually no income. We’re told Kesha did not solicit money, and Taylor Swift gave her the $250k on her own accord. h/t tmz
