Woman Who Tried To Ride Manatee In Hot Water

A woman caught on tape trying to ride a manatee in Florida turned herself in Tuesday afternoon…

Apparently there is a Statute in Florida that states “It is unlawful for any person at any time, by any means, or in any manner intentionally or negligently to annoy, molest, harass, or disturb or attempt to molest, harass, or disturb any Manatee”.

I think this qualifies as manatee-lestation…
