Mitt Romney OVERPAYS $450,000 Hiring JOURNEY With NO Steve Perry

(*Update below) I will bet you dollars to doughnuts that Mitt Romney assumed that original Journey singer, Steve Perry, was still in the band… As it stands now, Romney paid a Perry-less Journey $500,000! to play a fundraiser.

Journey with its current line-up plays corporate gigs for around $50,000, so Mitt overpaid a whopping $450,000! And when they show up, that Filipino guy? He is the singer!!!

This new kid is actually amazing… but a raise of $450K? “Who’s crying now?”

We spoke to a source close to Journey’s touring team and we were told the following, “They didn’t want to do it (the Romney gig) so the guys just threw a ridiculas number out there” said our source, “No one really thought they would go for it, but they did.”
