OH Man Zachary Weaver ID’d As Victim In Thursday Massillon Fatal Motorcycle Crash Involving Big-Rig

STARK COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Zachary Von Weaver, of Dalton, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday evening motorcycle crash in Stark County.

Weaver, 27, was killed in a motorcycle crash involving a semi-tractor in Tuscarawas Township on Thursday evening.

According to reports, Weaver was operating a motorcycle on Lincoln Street near Manchester Avenue in Massillon, when the bike came into contact with a big-rig around 4 p.m. Thursday.

Weaver, who was ejected from the bike during the collision, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

IA Man Jesse Tollett ID’d As Victim In Monday Night Marion County Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash

MARION COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Jesse Tollett, of Lacona, Iowa, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday night single-vehicle crash in Marion County.

Tollett, 24, was killed in a single-vehicle crash that also injured one other individual Monday night near Washington.

According to reports, Tollett was operating a Chevy Cobalt Hwy G76 near IA-14 in Washington, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 9:40 p.m. Monday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over multiple times.

Tollett was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.

Zachary Barnes, 24, also of Lacona, was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

POLK COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Zachary Stone, of Des Moines, Iowa, has been identified as the victim in an apparent single-motorcycle crash in Polk County Saturday morning.

Stone, 29, was found deceased at the scene of a motorcycle crash Saturday near Des Moines.

According to reports, Stone was discovered unresponsive by a pedestrian near a motorcycle crash along SE 12th St and E M.L.K. Jr Pkwy in Des Moines, Saturday around 5:45 a.m.

Stone was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.

The cause of the death and the crash remains under investigation.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Zachary McCarthy, of Lindenhurst, New York, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday boat collision in Suffolk County.

McCarthy, 25, was killed in a Sunday in a two-vessel collision near Babylon Great South Bay.

According to reports, McCarthy was aboard a Activator motorboat operated by a 19-year-old Lindenhurst man, when the vessel came into contact with a Boston Whaler, operated by a 58-year-old Farmingdale man near the West Fox Creek Channel in Babylon on Sunday around 3 p.m.

McCarthy was pronounced dead at the scene.

The two boat operators were transported to area hospitals in unknown minor condition.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
