TULARE COUNTY, CA. (THECOUNT) — Bryan Michael Buhl of Visalia, California, has been identified as the driver in a fatal Thursday night DUI collision that killed a motorcyclist in Tulare County.
Buhl, 42, was arrested after to admitting to consuming alcohol following a fatal vehicle-versus-motorcycle crash Thursday night near Visalia.
According to reports, Buhl was operating a vehicle on West Caldwell Avenue near South West Street in Visalia, when he turned into the path of a motorcycle around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
The motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries. His name has not been released as of Friday morning.
Buhl was arrested and will be booked into the Tulare County jail.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

ST JOSEPH COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Steven Lee Miller, of Granger, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a two-vehicle motorcycle collision in St. Joseph County Thursday night.
Miller, 52, was killed in a motorcycle crash involving a suspected impaired driver near Mishawaka Thursday night.
According to reports, Miller was operating a motorcycle on North Main Street near East Jefferson Boulevard in Mishawaka, when the bike came into contact with a Jeep, operated by 33-year-old Eric Joseph Wruble, of South Bend, around 9:5- p.m. Thursday.
Miller was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
Wruble was taken into custody and booked into the St. Joseph County Jail on preliminary suspicion of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Causing Death and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

LUBBOCK, TX. (THECOUNT) — Sarah DeArmond has been identified as the victim in a fatal two-vehicle DUI crash in Lubbock around 9 p.m. Sunday.
DeArmond, 19, was killed in a crash that occurred on 13th Street and Slide Road near the St Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Lubbock, after a vehicle in which she was traveling as a passenger, collided with a pickup truck, driven by 20-year-old Anthony Zane Puente.
Two individual were transported to an area hospital with serious, life threatening injuries and Puente was placed in police custody on a charge of intoxication manslaughter, according to Lubbock Police Department.
DeArmond, the front occupant of the passenger car was later pronounced dead at the hospital of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
An investigation into the crash found Puente was traveling north on Slide in his pickup and hit the car as it was coming from the west, reported WMCActionNews5.
Puente has also been charged with intoxication assault and possession of marijuana.

The investigation into this crash is ongoing.

Jessica Owens, of Salyersville, KY., has been named as the victim who died in a head-on crash on KY-321 Wednesday night.
Owens, 42, was traveling on KY-321 near the Bays Branch area, in Prestonsburg, KY., before 9:30 p.m. when the fatal crash occurred. The driver of the other vehicle, Elizabeth Lemaster, required the Jaws Of Life to extricate her from the mangled vehicle. She was airlifted to Cabell-Huntington Hospital.
Police say Lemaster was driving northbound near the Highlands Regional Medical Center when her vehicle left the lane, bounced off the guardrail into the southbound lane, and hit Owens’ vehicle head-on. Continue reading
Aaron Carter and his girlfriend Madison Parker were arrested Saturday night in Georgia after a traffic stop hours before the singer was set to appear in Birmingham, AL, for a concert.
Carter, 29, now faces multiple charges including DUI, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug related objects.
Parker, also faces drug-related charges. She tweeted hours before the incident to Avis, a rental car company about having a “moldy vehicle”.
“So after @Avis felt bad after giving us a moldy car so they comped a new car but within the first 5 min the end tire blew out of the freeway,” Parker wrote. “Avis not sure if you do inspection on your cars after they are returned. A police investigation has recommended to prosecutors to file charges against former NBA star, Dennis Rodman, over his involvement in an alleged hit-and-run accident.
Rodman, aka, “The Worm,” has not yet been cited or arrested, but the CHP has recommended the Orange County District Attorney’s office charge him with felony hit-and-run and driving the wrong way on the 5 freeway.
The potential charges stem from a 12:30 a.m. July 20 Santa Ana crash in which a black BMW sedan traveled south in the carpool lane on the 5 freeway. Continue reading

The crash happened on I-15 north near State Route 76 Saturday morning.

After going missing a week ago, missing Iosco County, Michigan, woman, Angela Kay Bartman, has been found dead.
A Michigan State Police found Bartman’s remains in the woods in Baldwin Township, according to Michigan State Police Sgt. Pete McNamara. Bartman was located about 300 yards from her vehicle, a blue 2010 Jeep Compass, McNamara said.
