Talk about pathetic with a splash of bad karma. A New Hartford, CT, woman was caught on tape, stealing a donation box from a local liquor store. The money contained inside was destined for ailing animals.
Cops released this photo and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the grinch.

The money is collected annually and given to “Springs Farm Cares,” an animal sanctuary.
