BATON ROUGE, LA. (THECOUNT) — Joy Gentil and Max Raymond have been identified as the bodies discovered inside an apartment complex in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Monday.
Gentil, 21, and Raymond, 19, were discovered lifeless along the 3000 block of Highland Road near LSU’s campus on Monday.

Raymond, a student at LSU university, had been reported missing on March 26.
A spokesperson for LSU confirmed that Gentil was not a student at LSU, according to Fox8Live.
Authorities responded to a call around 1 p.m. about a man and a woman found deceased in an apartment. The bodies were found inside the Highlander Townhomes complex, which is located across from Burger King near the north gates of LSU’s campus.
Officials says there were no “obvious signs of trauma” on the two bodies found.
The coroner’s office will perform autopsies on Tuesday.
A cause of death is pending.
Police have confirmed the two people resided in the extended stay dwelling in which they were found dead.
The victims were scheduled to check out sometime Monday. Police say the bodies were found by someone dispatched to clean the apartment.
The investigation is ongoing.
