Jenni Rivera’s surviving husband has filed a lawsuit against the owners of the jet company that killed her as well as six others.
Jenni filed for divorce two months before the crash.

NBC News is reporting, the former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Esteban Loaiza filed the wrongful death case Friday in Los Angeles.
Among other things, the lawsuit claims that the pilots weren’t licensed to fly paying passengers.
