An internal San Francisco Police Department email obtained by ABC7 identified Kevin and Ann Mannix among the deceased. Sources told ABC7 reporter Dan Noyes that Kevin Mannix shot his wife and daughter before shooting himself. Authorities have not publicly released a complete account of the circumstances.

The following year, she was assigned to oversee the department’s Special Operations Bureau, according to SFPD records.
