“Fresh hair color, new weird spot on my cheek haha thank you @davestanwell for brightening up my cloudy day,” Applegate wrote in the caption, thanking hairstylist Dave Stanwell. She added, “Love you and love to you all out there.”
The update marks Applegate’s first new video appearance since she spent nearly four months hospitalized. TMZ reported that the actress was admitted in late March and returned home in early August. The specific reason for the extended hospitalization has not been publicly disclosed.
