ROCHESTER TWP., MN. (THECOUNT) — Aidan Hugeback, 23, of Byron, Minnesota, was killed Monday afternoon in a motorcycle crash southwest of Rochester, according to the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office.
The fatal crash occurred around 4 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2026, on Bamber Valley Road Southwest near Bamber Hills Lane in Rochester Township, located in Olmsted County in southeastern Minnesota.

According to investigators, Hugeback was operating a motorcycle southbound on Bamber Valley Road Southwest at the time of the incident.
Authorities said the motorcycle left the roadway for reasons that remain under investigation.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the crash scene Monday afternoon after reports of a serious motorcycle accident in the area.
When deputies and emergency personnel arrived, they located Hugeback with fatal injuries.
Officials confirmed Hugeback was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were reported to have been involved in the crash.
The incident prompted a response from sheriff’s deputies, EMS crews, firefighters, and crash investigators who secured the area while evidence was documented and the roadway was examined.
Traffic along Bamber Valley Road Southwest near Bamber Hills Lane was affected during the investigation and scene cleanup operations.
