TX Woman Priscilla Ann Deleon ID’d As Victim In Wednesday Midland Fatal Crash

MIDLAND, TX. (THECOUNT) — Priscilla Ann Deleon was killed early Wednesday morning after failing to yield the right of way at a rural intersection and being struck by an oncoming vehicle in Midland County, Texas, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Deleon was 54.

The fatal two-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 5:35 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2026, at the intersection of Business Interstate 20 and South County Road 1140 in Midland County.

According to DPS investigators, Deleon was driving a GMC Sierra northbound on South County Road 1140 and came to a stop at a stop sign before entering the intersection with Business I-20. A Chevrolet Silverado was traveling eastbound on Business I-20 at the same time. Investigators determined that Deleon failed to yield the right of way and entered the intersection, at which point her vehicle was struck by the Chevrolet. Deleon, who was wearing a seatbelt, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet Silverado was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. That individual’s identity has not been publicly released.

The crash remains under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Deleon was a resident of Midland, Texas.

Midland is bordered by Ector County to the west and Martin County to the east.
