KS Man Shaun Keller ID’d As Victim In Wednesday Wichita Fatal Motorcycle Crash

WICHITA, KS. (THECOUNT) — Shaun Keller has been identified as the motorcycle rider killed in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon along Interstate 35 on the Kansas Turnpike in Wichita.

He was 47.

According to reports, the crash was reported at approximately 1:38 p.m. Wednesday on northbound I-35 near East Harry Street on the southeast side of Wichita.

Authorities said Keller was operating a 2003 Honda motorcycle northbound in the right lane of the interstate when the motorcycle traveled off the left side of the highway and struck a concrete barrier wall.

Keller, of Augusta, Kansas, was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials confirmed he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

No other vehicles were reported to have been involved in the incident. The collision was classified as a single-vehicle crash.
