Diddy Lawyers Promise ‘No Contact with Women’ If Music Mogul Granted Bail

NEW YORK, NY. (THECOUNT) — Sean “Diddy” Combs is making another attempt to secure his release from federal custody by offering to significantly limit his personal interactions, specifically with women, as part of his bail proposal. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s legal team is proposing stricter terms in hopes of addressing concerns raised by the court regarding witness tampering or intimidation.

As part of the new bail package, Diddy has agreed to implement several measures aimed at increasing transparency about his interactions while out on bail. His legal team has pledged that a security company will monitor and keep detailed records of all visitors to his Miami Beach home. These logs will be submitted to the government nightly to ensure there is no unsanctioned contact, specifically with witnesses or co-conspirators mentioned in the federal indictment.

The documents also outline that Diddy will limit his visitors to family members, property caretakers, and trusted friends who are not involved in the indictment. Of particular note, Diddy has agreed to restrict female visitors, with the exception of family members or the mothers of his children. This move appears to directly address concerns that Diddy could attempt to influence witnesses, as some of the witnesses involved in the investigation may be women.

Furthermore, Diddy’s legal team states that he will refrain from any communication with known grand jury witnesses and will submit to weekly drug testing during his time out on bail. The weekly drug tests are a crucial component of the new proposal, as Diddy’s alleged drug use has been central to the charges brought against him. According to the indictment, his “Freak Off” parties were fueled by various drugs, including cocaine, ketamine, GHB, and MDMA (Ecstasy). Additionally, drugs were reportedly found in his New York City hotel room at the time of his arrest earlier this week.

Despite the increased restrictions and commitments offered in the new bail package, the financial component remains unchanged from the initial proposal. Diddy has offered $50 million as collateral for his release, secured by his Miami mansion and his mother’s home. His legal team hopes that these additional terms will alleviate the court’s concerns and result in his release from custody.

Diddy was taken into custody following his recent court hearing and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, where he will remain pending his trial unless a judge approves his new bail package. His legal team is pushing hard to have him released before the trial begins.

The next hearing on Diddy’s bail is scheduled for Wednesday, where the court will review the updated terms of his bail offer. If granted, Diddy will be able to return home under the strict conditions outlined in the new proposal. However, if the judge denies his bail request again, he will remain in custody until the trial’s conclusion.
