KUWAIT. (THECOUNT) — The Department of Defense has identified Airman, Major Stephen Khou, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the victim in a fatal on base incident Wednesday at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
Khou, 36, who was supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, died in a non-combat related incident at Camp Arifjan in Sabah Al Ahmad, Kuwait.
The deadly incident remains under investigation.
Khou, a Cyberspace Operations Expert, was assigned to the 32nd Weapons Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
