LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Wendy Price, of Florence, Alabama, has been identified as the pedestrian in a Tuesday night fatal vehicle strike in Lauderdale County.
Price, 56, was fatally struck by a vehicle in Florence Tuesday night.
According to reports, Price was on-foot in the area of Veterans Drive and South Oneal Street in Florence, when she was struck by a vehicle Tuesday night.
Price was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The male involved driver remained on-scene and was not injured in the collision.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
