PULASKI COUNTY, AR. (THECOUNT) — Apollo Charles Pettus, of Little Rock, Arkansas, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday fatal vehicle crash in Pulaski County.
Pettus, 41, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Sherwood Wednesday morning.
According to reports, Pettus was operating a Dodge Viper on AR-67 near Mile Marker 6 in Sherwood, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway around 5 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a cable barrier.
Pettus was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
