CULLMAN COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Shane Cochran, of Cullman, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday morning fatal vehicle crash in Cullman County.
Cochran, 40, was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash near Cullman early Sunday morning.
According to reports, Cochran was operating a Jeep Wrangler on CR-222 near Teem Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway around 3:15 a.m. Sunday. The vehicle then came into contact with a tree and rolled over.
Cochran, who was ejected from the vehicle during the wreck, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
