HARRISON COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Hunter Dorram, of Grand Prairie, Texas, has been identified as the pedestrian in a Monday night fatal vehicle strike in Harrison County.
Dorram, 23, was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer near Waskom Monday night.
According to reports, Dorram was on-foot on Interstate 20 in the area of Waskom, when he was struck by a big-rig around 7 p.m. Monday.
Dorram, an ETBU Tiger hockey player and a business administration major, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The truck driver was uninjured in the collision.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
