OSWEGO COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — James R. Potter, of Mannsville, New York, has been identified as the victim in a Monday night fatal UTV crash in Oswego County.
Potter, 60, was killed in a single-vehicle UTV rollover crash near Pulaski Monday night.
According to reports, Potter was operating a UTV on Bishop Road in Richland, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle came into contact with a tree around 5 p.m. Monday. The vehicle then rolled over on Potter.
Potter was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
