HANCOCK COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — David Nelson Aller, of McComb, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Friday morning fatal vehicle crash in Hancock County.
Aller, 65, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Findlay Friday morning involving driver Steven Schroeder, also of McComb.
According to reports, Aller was operating a vehicle on Township Road 131 near County Road 97 in Findlay, when the vehicle came into contact with a second vehicle, operated by Schroeder, 55, around 6:40 a.m. Friday.
Aller, who was ejected from the vehicle during the wreck, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
Schroeder was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
