PULASKI COUNTY, AR. (THECOUNT) — Chelsea McKenzly, of Little Rock, Arkansas, has been identified as the suspect arrested Wednesday night following a deadly burglary in Pulaski County.

McKenzly, 28, was arrested after being connected to the death of an individual in Little Rock Wednesday night.

According to reports, officers responded to a call of a burglary in progress in the 1000 block of Breckenridge Drive in Little around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday. When they arrived, an unresponsive individual was located in a parking lot area.

The unidentified victim was later pronounced dead. A cause of death was not provided.

At some point in the investigation, McKenzly was questioned and arrested. Her charges include, first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

McKenzly, who is originally from Monroe, Louisiana, is currently being held Pulaski County Detention Facility on a no-bond order.

The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
