PLYMOUTH COUNTY, MA. (THECOUNT) — Janelle Sampey, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday night wrong-way vehicle crash in Plymouth County.
Sampley, 48, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Duxbury Tuesday night.
According to reports, Sampley was operating a vehicle the wrong-way on MA-3 in Duxbury, when the vehicle came into head-on contact with another vehicle Tuesday night.
Sampley was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The other involved driver was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
