MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Jeromy O’Neil Ellis, of Casa Grande, Arizona, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday morning fatal vehicle crash in Maricopa County.
Ellis, 33, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Phoenix early Saturday morning.
According to reports, Ellis was operating a pickup truck on North 44th Street near Thomas Road in Phoenix, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle came into contact with a median and rolled over around 3 a.m. Saturday.
Ellis, who was ejected during the wreck, was transported to an area hospital were he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
