HARTFORD COUNTY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Dominique Loiselle, of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and James Bowen, of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, have been identified as the victims in a Friday morning double-fatal – wrong-way crash in Hartford County, Connecticut.
Loiselle, 25, and Bowen, 25, were both killed in an early Friday morning wrong-way crash in Windsor.
According to reports, Loiselle was operating a Nissan Altima the wrong-way on Interstate 91 in Windsor, when the vehicle came into head-on contact with a vehicle operated by 34-year-old Jean-Louis Jephthe, of Leesburg, Florida, around 12:30 a.m. Friday.
Loiselle and her passenger, Bowen, were pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
Jephthe received minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
This cause of the crash remains under investigation.
