MONTGOMERY COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — A multi-state manhunt has concluded with the capture of suspected killer, Stephen Marlow, who fatally shot four people in Montgomery County, Ohio on Friday.
Marlow, 39, was taken into custody in Lawrence, Kansas, sometime after posting a disturbing video confession on Social media.
The shootings, which occurred on Hardwicke Place in Dayton on Friday, took the lives of four people Marlow claims, were responsible for a plot to conduct mind control experiments on unwitting individuals.
The Butler Township Police Department said Saturday night that Marlow was apprehended after he was spotted traveling westbound on I-70 in Lawrence.
Officials said that they will begin the process of extradition soon.
