ONONDAGA COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — James Titus Pontello, of Camillus, New York, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday fatal motorcycle crash in Onondaga County.
Pontello, 29, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash near Syracuse early Sunday morning.
According to reports, Pontello was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Interstate 81 near Destiny Mall in Syracuse, when for unknown reasons, the bike went down around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Pontello was pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the wreck.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
