LEHIGH COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Edwin Diaz-Rivera, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday night fatal shooting in Lehigh County.
Diaz-Rivera, 37, was killed in an overnight shooting in Allentown.
According to reports, police responded to calls of shots fired in the 700 block of North 11th Street. When they arrived, Diaz-Rivera was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Diaz-Rivera was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries around 11:40 p.m. Saturday.
The coroner ruled the death a homicide.
No suspect or motive information was provided by officials.
