JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Antonio Laden Haynes Jr., of Birmingham, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
Haynes, 29, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Birmingham Thursday night. The crash also injured several passengers.
According to reports, Haynes was operating a convertible Chevrolet Camaro on the 3700 block of Decatur Hwy in Birmingham, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle the rolled over multiple times.
The passengers, who were ejected during the crash, were transported to area hospitals with unknown injuries.
Haynes was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
