DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — William Wodrich, Chloe Lucas and Kennedy Elskamp, all of Dubuque, Iowa, have been identified as the victims in a Friday triple-fatal vehicle crash in Dubuque County.
Wodrich, 18, Elskamp and Lucas, both 17, were all killed in a single-vehicle crash in Dubuque early Friday morning.
According to reports, Wodrich was operating a Chevy Camaro on NW Arterial near West 32nd Street in Dubuque, when for unknown reasons, possible speed related, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 1:21 a.m. Friday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and flipped over.
All three teens were pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
