ONTARIO COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Zachary Barse, of Gorham, New York, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday hunting accident in Ontario County.
Barse, 28, died of gunshot wounds following a hunting incident in Phelps Thursday.

According to reports, Barse was hunting deer with 61 year old Kevin Hudson of Clifton Springs, when he was mistakenly shot by Hudson near Cross Road in Phelps Thursday.
Barse was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
OCSO says the incident is still under investigation.
