KNOX COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Meghan Boling, of Knoxville, Tennessee, has been identified as the victim in a Friday night fatal vehicle crash in Knox County.
Boling, 33, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Alcoa late Friday night.
According to reports, Boling was operating a vehicle on Alcoa Highway in the City of Alcoa, when the vehicle came into contact with a commercial truck around midnight Friday night. The vehicle then exited the roadway and traveled up an embankment.
Boling was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
No other details about the crash were released.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
