HARRIS COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Benjamin Elliott, the 17-year-old Katy, Texas teen, accused of stabbing his twin sister to death in west Harris County, claims he woke up to find himself on top of Meghan Elliott, with a knife plunged into her neck.
Benjamin Elliott is charged with murder after he was found by deputies early Wednesday morning in a bedroom of a home performing CPR on his sister, Meghan Elliott.
According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, Meghan Elliott had several stab wounds to her neck. The deadly incident occurred in the 4100 block of Brown Meadow Court in Katy.
