SAN MIGUEL COUNTY, CO. (THECOUNT) — Shane Ryan Baca, of San Marcos, California, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday motorcycle crash in San Miguel County, Colorado.
Baca, 22, was killed in a single-motorcycle crash near Slick Rock Hill Tuesday.

According to reports, Baca was operating a motorcycle on Colorado Highway 141 near the bottom of Slick Rock Hill, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The bike then came into contact with a guardrail.
Baca was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
