CARLTON COUNTY, MN. (THECOUNT) — Angela Severson, of Pierre, South Dakota, and Jennifer Bokusky, of Apple Valley, Minnesota, have been identified as the victims in a Tuesday night double-fatal vehicle crash in Carlton County, Minnesota.
Severson, 35, and 36-year-old Bokusky, were both killed in a single-vehicle crash near Clear Creek Tuesday night.
According to reports, Severson was operating a vehicle on MN-23 near CR-8, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then entered a culvert before making contact with a substantial tree.
Both women died in the crash of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
