CARVER COUNTY, MN. (THECOUNT) — Ashley Ann Karjala, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday night vehicle crash in Carver County.
Karjala, 22, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Hollywood Township Saturday night.

According to reports, Karjala was operating a Cadillac Deville on Highway 7 near 53rd Street in Hollywood, when the vehicle came into contact with a Chevy Silverado around 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
Karjala, originally from Nashwauk, Minnesota, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
A male driver and passenger in the Silverado suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
