RANDALL COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Abigail Walling, of Amarillo, Texas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Friday vehicle crash in Randall County.
Walling, 19, was killed, and another teen injured, in a two-vehicle crash late Friday morning.
According to reports, Walling was operating a vehicle on Bell Street near W. McCormick Rd, when the vehicle came into contact with another vehicle around 11:50 a.m. Friday.
Walling, originally from Eastland, Texas, was pronounced dead on the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
A passenger in Walling’s vehicle, 19-year-old Shailyn Hill, was transported to an area hospital with serious unknown injuries.
The occupants of the other vehicle were not injured in the wreck.
The crash remains under investigation.
