DAY COUNTY, SD. (THECOUNT) — Missing South Dakota woman, Amy Dougherty, has been found dead, according to the Day County Sheriff’s Office.
Dougherty had been reported missing since departing her residence near Bristol on December 23rd. A major winter storm impacted the area that morning.
Authorities had been searching for Dougherty Black 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer.
A cause of death was not provided as of Saturday morning.
