WASHINGTON COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Francis Shape, of Claysville, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday night ATV crash in Washington County.
Shape, 32, was killed in an ATV crash near Claysville Sunday night.
According to reports, Shape was operating an ATV near East Finley Drive in Claysville, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle made contact with a substantial tree around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Shape was pronounced dead at 9:55 p.m. of blunt force trauma injuries, according to the coroner.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
