GLYNN COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Charles Eric Moses Jr., of Brunswick, Georgia, has been identified as the suspect fatally shot during a Saturday night Brunswick Police involved shooting.
Moses, 33, was shot dead by police while he was engaged in a foot pursuit with officers near Brunswick Saturday night.
According to reports, police were pursuing Moses on-foot in the Brunswick area, when he allegedly brandished a firearm and opened fire on officers. Officer, Lt. Donald Babbin, returned fire, fatally striking Moses.
Moses was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
