TOLLAND COUNTY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Robert Carr, of Tolland, Connecticut, has been identified as the victim in a Tolland County motorcycle crash Monday afternoon.
Carr, 23, was killed in a single-motorcycle wreck Monday afternoon near Tolland.
According to reports, Carr was operating a motorcycle on Route 74, Tolland Stage Road, in Tolland, when for unknown reason, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway Monday afternoon. The bike then went down ejecting Carr.
Carr was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
