PERRY COUNTY, MS. (THECOUNT) — Conner Landrum, of Ovett, Mississippi, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday vehicle crash in Perry County.
Landrum, 21, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Hattiesburg on Monday.
According to reports, Landrum was operating a GMC pickup truck on MS-42 in Perry County, near the Forrest County line, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway on Labor Day.
Landrum was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
