SHELBY COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Memphis police are asking the public’s help in locating Shanda Sherell, who they say went missing in Shelby County Wednesday after a possible abduction.
Sherell, 41, was forced to get into a white van against her will, according to law enforcement officials on Wednesday night in Memphis.
The Memphis Police Department say, Sherell was last seen on Lamar Avenue near American Way in Memphis around 11 p.m. Wednesday night.
Sherell is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall last seen wearing a gray jean dress and white shoes.
Police are not releasing many details but they say two men were in the van.
