JEFFERSON COUNTY, OR. (THECOUNT) — Summer Collins, of Sisters, Oregon, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday night single-vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
Collins, 24, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Sisters Wednesday night.
According to reports, Collins was operating a Jeep on Highway 20 near Suttle Lake in Sisters, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and rolled over around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Collins was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
