MONROE COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Zahr Butler of Rochester, New York, has been identified as the victim in a Friday morning fatal shooting in Monroe County.
Butler, 21, was killed in a shooting near Rochester early Friday morning.
According to reports, Butler was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the 100 block of Ok Terrace near the Avenue D Recreation Center in Rochester around 1 a.m.
Police say, the deadly incident occurred after officers disbursed a large gathering in the area.
Butler was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
No suspect or motive information was provided by police.
