EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Jerome Kinchen, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday night shooting in Baton Rouge Parish.
Kinchen, 34, was shot dead Saturday night in Baton Rouge.
According to reports, Kinchen was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds along with a 22-year-old male, in the 4800 block of Gus Young Avenue in East Baton Rouge Saturday night around 8 p.m.
Kinchen was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries on the scene.
The second man was transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. His condition was not updated as of Sunday morning.
