LAFOURCHE PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Anthony Singleton of Raceland, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in LaFourche County Sunday night.
Singleton, 43, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on LA-182 near Raceland on Sunday night.
According to reports, Singleton was operating a GMC Envoy SUV on LA-182, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 7 p.m. Sunday. The vehicle then made contact with a utility pole and rolled over.
Singleton was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
